Educational Qualification: Candidates with Any graduation BE/Btech, Arts and Science, or under graduate, Diploma Holders any one can walk-in to this vacancies.

Description about the Job:

1) Attend BT Customer over the phone, with Technical troubleshooting, Order Provisioning, Order cancellation, delayed orders, expedites by providing excellent customer service for BT sports and TV

2) Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues.

3) Dealing with network connectivity LAN, WAN and MAN.

4) Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.

5) Checking the exchange line issues / outages / fixing appointment with the technician at UK.

6) Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.

Experience: Both fresher and Experienced with 0 to 3 years Experience candidates are welcome, this is 24/7 rotational shifts system job. The client name is Telecom Client, UK (voice process)
